In what ways
does your media product use, develop or challenge forms and conventions of real
media products?
I wanted to
do a thriller teaser trailer, therefore I researched existing products of this
genre such as The Strangers and Scream. I incorporated patterns that are common
within these films (The Strangers and Scream) along with other conventions
found in thriller horror films. I have used forms and conventions of real media
products such as the preview cards, because no matter the film or even type of
film this was found at the beginning.
